WE APPROACH THE PLANNING PROCESS IN PHASES.

This allows us to stay focused on the important priorities during each phase, and make sure we have the proper pieces in place to create an unforgettable event. 

Depending on the package you choose, you may or may not experience each phase of our process during your planning journey.

 PHASE ONE:  PLANNING

 This phase in this process is all about obtaining additional details about your special occasion. Within 24 hours you will receive a questionnaire via email, once the questionnaire has been completed, we schedule a call to ensure that we have understood every detail to make this occasion perfect.

 

PHASE TWO: DESIGN

During this phase we’re dreaming up gorgeous designs, drooling over balloon swatches, and determining every detail of how your event will look. 

 

PHASE THREE: EXECUTE

This phase includes the event day and the priority coordinating with you to finalize the set up details to ensure a stress-free big day.
